Summer Yoga Schedule and Registration Information
 
Yoga Classes - add me to the email list

This summer, Cheryl is teaching on Tuesdays only:

 

Tuesday afternoon Kripalu Yoga, 4:00 - 5:15 PM meets in-person in the main building Chapel of Mount Vernon Unitarian Church, 1909 Windmill Lane. Gentle to moderate Kripalu style.

Jeneen is also teaching - see her website, SoulVoyageStudio.com (Offerings / classes / weekly classes) for schedule updates and to register. 

​

Cheryl's Tuesday and Thursday class schedule will resume August 13 and 15, 2024.​

​

Drop in anytime and pay-for a single class -  Single Yoga Class (75 min) - $20

 

Dance is returning this fall with Cheryl and Katy - get on the Dance More email list to get the latest schedule and pop-up dance class info.

​

Payments accepted - for Cheryl's classes, Venmo @cheryl-sabo-1 ---- it clearly looks like me. You can also pay with cash or check on site.
